In January 2015 the firm welcomed its newest associate, Eric Radz. Eric graduated from the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 2001. Eric has eleven+ years of experience complex civil litigation, with a specialty in construction law. Eric’s construction law experience includes representing contractors, subcontractors in contract negotiations and disputes, construction defect cases and bid protests. He also has unique experience proposing and prosecuting Bills through the Maryland Legislature in order to help maximize the competitive bidding landscape for his clients as well.
